Sinopec Hong Kong announced that its PIT charging brand will launch ultra-fast charging services and collaborate with Huawei Hong Kong Digital Energy to build the first liquid-cooled supercharging station in Hong Kong at Wan Chai Expo Drive Car Park. The station will utilize Huawei's most advanced liquid-cooled supercharging equipment, with a maximum power of up to 600kW. It will have 8 liquid-cooled supercharging spaces and 5 medium-speed charging spaces, providing efficient charging services for up to 13 electric vehicles simultaneously. The station is expected to be officially operational within this year.

Sinopec Hong Kong stated that PIT has already partnered with multiple parking lots in Hong Kong to build charging stations. The team will analyze the big data of parking lot traffic and combine different site conditions and power limitations to design a diverse range of charging service combinations, reducing wait times for drivers and enhancing the charging experience. In the future, PIT fast charging stations will also be gradually added to SINOPEC gas stations.
