On September 19, 2024, Shuke Group (02350.HK) announced that it had signed a non-legally binding memorandum of cooperation with Guangdong Chicago SRW Wheat Cloud Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Chicago SRW Wheat Yunji Group").

According to the memorandum, the company and Chicago SRW Wheat Yunji Group have agreed to carry out comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation in the field of ai, including but not limited to research and development cooperation in the application of ai in the government service sector and the rental & leasing services industry. The two parties will collaborate in these areas, with a provisional cooperation period of 180 days.

Chicago SRW Wheat Yunji Group is an enterprise specializing in rental & leasing services, with its main business being Wheat U Rent, which provides one-stop credit-free leasing services.
