DL Holdings GP (01709.HK) announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with an independent third party, intending to acquire a certain number of shares of the target company, which is mainly engaged in financial and multi-family office business in Singapore and Dubai. The preliminary equity valuation is expected to be around 50 million US dollars, to be paid in cash and issuance of consideration shares.
