According to recent communication between PwC and the company, PwC may resign from the position of group auditor due to limited internal resources. The board of directors is currently looking for a suitable replacement candidate to fill the temporary vacancy that may arise after PwC resigns.
Although the delayed publication of the annual performance for 2024 will constitute a violation of Rule 18.49 of the GEM Listing Rules, the board of directors would like to emphasize that the group's operations are normal and the company will do its best to publish the 2024 annual performance to shareholders as soon as possible.
