Sunyes Manufacturing (002388.SZ) announced that shareholder Hunan Xiangcai New Material Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as 'Hunan Xiangcai') plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5,106,976 shares, or 1.00% of the total share capital, through centralized auction trading within three months after the date of this announcement, and reduce its holdings by no more than 10,213,952 shares, or 2.00% of the total share capital, through block trading.

Shareholder Ningbo Weiyeli Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. - Weiyeli War Investment No. 2 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund (referred to as 'Weiyeli') plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5,106,976 shares, or 1.00% of the total share capital, through centralized auction trading within three months after the date of this announcement, and reduce its holdings by no more than 10,213,952 shares, or 2.00% of the total share capital, through block trading.
