(referred to as "Peking Weihua Xiang"), that on September 18, 2024, Peking Weihua Xiang reduced its shareholding in the company by 2,141,900 shares through block trades, accounting for 1.55210% of the total share capital.

Before this equity change, Peking Weihua Xiang and its acting in concert party Zhao Wenjie collectively held 9,041,850 shares of the company, accounting for 6.55207% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Peking Weihua Xiang and Zhao Wenjie, acting in concert, collectively hold 6,899,950 shares of the company, accounting for 4.99996% of the total share capital.
