Timey <215A> announced on the 15th that it has concluded a partnership agreement with Takahashi City in Okayama Prefecture regarding securing a labor force and creating a related population.
This is the 10th case and 11th municipality for business cooperation between the company and local governments. This is the first local government in the Chugoku and Shikoku area.
Population decline and associated labor shortages have become major issues in Takahashi City. Under the same partnership agreement, the company provides various support to businesses and workers while cooperating with the same city and city economic organizations. Specifically, we will support the use of spot work by businesses in each industry, hold briefings for city businesses, and establish a system that makes it easy to use “timey.” Also, workers in industries such as city enterprises, agriculture, tourism, etc. will be recruited on “Timey,” centering on workers living in the city. Furthermore, we will also consider the use of “Thai Meat Travel,” a service that allows people to find a second hometown through the experience of “working” in rural areas.
Through this partnership agreement, the company will make efforts to resolve regional issues faced by the city and to realize the company's mission “to create infrastructure that expands the possibilities of life through “work.”
