Visional Co., Ltd. <4194> announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending July 2024. Revenue increased by 17.5% YoY to 66.146 billion yen, operating profit increased by 34.9% YoY to 17.837 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 28.5% YoY to 18.476 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 30.8% YoY to 12.99 billion yen.

Sales in the HR Tech segment amounted to 63.791 billion yen, an increase of 18.8% YoY, and segment profit reached 20.062 billion yen, an increase of 27.8% YoY. In BizReach, the cumulative number of client companies exceeded 31,700 at the end of the fiscal year (compared to over 26,200 at the end of the previous fiscal year), the number of annual active client companies exceeded 16,000 (compared to over 13,400), the number of active headhunters exceeded 7,800 (compared to over 6,600), and the number of scoutable members exceeded 2.58 million (compared to over 2.14 million). All indicators showed growth compared to the end of the previous fiscal year. BizReach's revenue increased by 17.5% to 57.776 billion yen, and operating profit before allocation of administrative expenses increased by 15.9% to 23.331 billion yen. In HRMOS, we continue to develop new features and engage in sales activities to expand our customer base. In July 2024, we launched a new series of HRMOS products, starting with the labor and payroll system "HRMOS Rodo Kyuyo." HRMOS's revenue increased by 76.0% to 3.844 billion yen, and the operating loss before allocation of administrative expenses was 1.021 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.74 billion yen in the previous year).

Sales in the Incubation segment decreased by 9.8% to 2.219 billion yen, and the segment recorded a loss of 1.02 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.401 billion yen in the previous year). The decrease in revenue is due to the transfer of all shares of our subsidiary, Bizhint Co., Ltd., on December 1, 2023, which resulted in its exclusion from the consolidation scope. Within the range of profit generated by the HR Tech segment, we are investing in personnel, developing new products, and engaging in advertising and publicity activities for each business in the Incubation segment.

The forecast for the consolidated performance for the full fiscal year ending July 2025 is expected to reach 76.4 billion yen in revenue, an increase of 15.5% YoY. By maintaining the profit margin of BizReach and further investing in other businesses and human capital, we expect operating profit to increase by 7.4% YoY to 19.15 billion yen, ordinary profit to increase by 6.1% YoY to 19.6 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders to increase by 3.7% YoY to 13.47 billion yen.
