On September 18th, Genscript Infrared (002414.SZ) announced that in order to better promote the company's strategic development and resource integration, and achieve the goal of rapid performance improvement, its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan Genscript IntelliSense Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as IntelliSense Technology) will transfer its 100% equity of Hangzhou Genscript IntelliSense Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Hangzhou IntelliSense Digital Technology) to the company at a price of 8,789,059.21 yuan based on the audited net assets as of July 31, 2024. Hangzhou IntelliSense Digital Technology has changed from a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company to a wholly-owned subsidiary, and at the same time, the company name and legal representative have been changed. Hangzhou IntelliSense Digital Technology intends to change its name to Hangzhou Genscript Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (the company name is subject to the name approved by the industrial and commercial registration), and the legal representative is proposed to be concurrently served by the company's general manager, Zhang Yan. The company will undertake the strategic task of vigorously advancing and developing digital smart system business for Genscript Infrared. This equity transfer is the transfer of equity of a wholly-owned company within the scope of the consolidated financial statements and does not involve changes in the scope of the consolidated financial statements.
