On September 18th, Chunxing Precision Mechanical (002547.SZ) announced that the company holds 56.1417% equity of Xianyou Derun Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xianyou Derun"), Zou Renjun holds 25.0230% equity of Xianyou Derun, and Zhongshan Songde Technology Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshan Songde") holds 18.8353% equity of Xianyou Derun. Funeng Oriental Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Funeng Oriental") holds 100% equity of Zhongshan Songde, considering the internal resource integration needs of Funeng Oriental, Zhongshan Songde intends to transfer the 18.8353% equity of Xianyou Derun it holds to Funeng Oriental for free. The company waives the preemptive purchase right of the aforementioned equity. After Zhongshan Songde transfers the 18.8353% equity of Xianyou Derun to Funeng Oriental, the proportion of equity held by the company in Xianyou Derun remains unchanged, and will not result in changes to the company's consolidated financial statements. The company's waiver of the preemptive purchase right in this instance does not constitute a related party transaction.
