Pekat Group Berhad announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Pekat Solar Sdn. Bhd. had accepted a Letter of Award from MF Solar Tronoh Sdn. Bhd for the appointment as the contractor for engineering, procurement, construction and
commissioning of 29.99 megawatt AC (MWac) solar photovoltaic plant for Corporate Green Power Programme (CGPP) at PT18843, Mukim Belanja, Daerah Kinta, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

MFST is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Mega First Corporation Berhad, a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The Contract sum of the Project is RM115.0 million with the commencement date expected in the fourth quarter of 2024 or any
further extended period as mutually agreed by the parties.
