(2) Display Design, Architectural Design, and Others

In the company's projects, there are also overseas award-winning achievements in commercial facilities. At the 'IDA Design Awards 2015', 'EARTH coiffure beaute Fujieda store' received an Honorable Mention. In 2016, at the 'World Architecture Festival / INSIDE' in Germany, 'Zoff MART Jiyugaoka store' was selected in the Retail category.

a) Mikan Shitakita

In March 2022, a new area 'Mikan Shitakita' at Shimokitazawa Station was opened through a partnership with Keio Electric Railway <9008>, handling architectural design, interior design, and concept work. Based on the concept of 'Shimokitazawa, an endlessly unfinished city', the area is divided into 5 blocks under the elevated tracks of Keio Inokashira Line, including approximately 30 tenants such as TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE with a lounge, a library counter for receiving and returning reservation materials, vintage clothing stores, restaurants, and more.

b) Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener TEPPAN

In December 2022, the new brand 'Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener TEPPAN' opened for the first time in the world on the 7th floor of the commercial facility 'Kirarito Ginza' in Tokyo. Incorporating the know-how and worldview of 'Wolfgang's Steakhouse', founded in Manhattan in 2004, the brand was developed with global expansion in mind. The company implemented a store design and interior with a theme of 'Zen', providing a luxurious yet sophisticated ambiance, allowing customers to enjoy cooking in front of the iron plate.

c) Villa ASO

In September 2023, Hiramatsu <2764> renewed and reopened the Tokyo Daikanyama-operated 'Ristorante ASO' and 'Cafe Michelangelo'. With the desire to continue being loved as a city landmark, it was named 'Villa ASO'. This renewal aims to evolve towards the future while respecting the historical value of the Western-style building built in the early Showa period. The design by Mr. Yamashita creates a high-quality and comfortable space based on the theme of 'harmony between history and era.'
