2. History

Subsequently, in August 2012, it established its subsidiary Living Point, started warranty services for solar power generator manufacturers in June 2013, and established its subsidiary Living Finance in April 2021, promoting strategies to expand service variations and business areas. In terms of stock affairs, it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in March 2018, and moved to the Growth Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2022 due to a market classification revision.
