投资公司Cain的首席执行官：回办公室上班跟美联储降息一样重要

跨国投资公司Cain International的首席执行官Jonathan Goldstein在接受采访时表示，对于房地产行业命运而言，员工回公司上班，其重要性不亚于美联储降息。

“对行业的最大刺激”除本周美联储预计将会降息外，还有亚马逊要求员工1月份起每周五天回办公室上班的新政策，Goldstein周三在新加坡举行的米尔肯会议上接受采访时表示。

“房地产行业需要这样，”他说。“但我也认为这对年轻人也有好处。我从来不相信在家工作的文化会对人们的心理健康或职业发展有好处。”
