CITIC Telecom (01883.HK) announced that the main property leasing agreements for 2021 will expire on September 19, 2024. The board of directors announced that on September 17, 2024, the tenants (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary and the tenants of the main property) will enter into a 2024 main property leasing agreement with Tendo to renew the leasing of the main property.

The main property includes the entire fifth floor, some ground floor, some third floor platforms, some rooftops of the Tsuen Wan property, as well as the area for storing cable trays and bridges, with a total floor area of approximately 61,584 square feet.
