3. Actively Utilizing M&A and Alliances

In order to reorganize and expand the services provided according to the customers' challenges, the company has a policy of actively utilizing M&A and alliances. In June 2021, the company invested in Advantage Advisors Growth Support Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership. They provide DX support for the invested companies to achieve sales growth, as well as creating new business models and services. In May 2022, they started providing web development solutions for local governments in collaboration with KDDI (9433). In August of the same year, as part of NTT West Japan's efforts to improve Customer Experience (CX), they jointly implemented a DX project to enhance the customer experience online.

In October 2022, they subsumed Hiwell. Hiwell operates in SES business, recruitment support business, and digital promotion business, with a particular focus on the HR field. They have partnerships with over 3,000 companies and a network of over 3,000 engineers in the HR field. By combining the company's Growth Hacker Network with Hiwell's abundant resources and expertise in the HR field, they aim to accelerate cross-selling and upselling strategies across the entire company.

In June 2023, they began offering the B2B Growth Switch Trial, a B2B company-specific form improvement initiative, in collaboration with Dentsu B2B Initiative, which consists of 12 companies within the Dentsu Group (4324). In October 2023, they formed a partnership with Orient Corporation. They provide UX solutions for regional financial institutions partnered with Orient Corporation. In July 2024, they collaborated with EnSX, a group company of En-Japan (4849), to expand their consulting and support for sales activities in B2B companies for the enhancement of sales and marketing.
