Recently, it was announced that Aichi Prefecture will be the host of the 2028 WorldSkills International Competition. Denso places a strong emphasis on the training and succession of engineers and skilled workers, under the belief that "Manufacturing is nurturing people." We are extremely pleased with this decision and hope that many people will witness the dedication of the future skilled workers, who will play a crucial role in manufacturing, and that interest and recognition of the importance of skills will continue to grow.
Denso will continue to foster and pass on skills by further promoting its involvement in the WorldSkills competition, polishing the hearts, skills, and bodies of young skilled workers, and cultivating talent that can become highly skilled workers in the future.
