Cdayenonfer (00661.HK) announced that at 5 pm on September 14th, a fire occurred at a site of Yangxin Hongsheng Copper Industry in the logistics industrial park of Huangshi Xin'gang, Hubei Province, causing the smelting furnace and blowing furnace system to stop production and enter the insulation state. The fire was extinguished around 8:30 pm that day, and there were no casualties. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The group's cathode copper production last year was 0.6252 million tons, and this year, excluding the reduced production due to the fire, the expected cathode copper production is 0.68 million tons. However, due to a sharp decline in smelting and processing fees for this year, the fire-related production reduction is not expected to have a significant adverse impact on the annual business performance.
