Differ GP Auto (06878) announced that starting from September 16, 2024, Mr. Wu Zhizhong has resigned from the following positions due to personal reasons: Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company; Chairman of the Board of Directors; Chairman of the Nominating Committee and member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors; and authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. In addition, Mr. Wu has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
