idt intl (00167.HK) announced that the company has submitted a filing suspension notice to the High Court on September 9th of this year in order to suspend the original summons regarding the proposed restructuring plan. The hearing scheduled for September 13th has been cancelled.

The company stated that trading of its shares will continue to be suspended until further instructions for resumption are provided.
