According to the Smart Finance APP, New Universal Science and Technology (300472.SZ) announced the release of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan (draft), intending to grant 44 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients. The types of stocks involved are RMB A-share common stocks, accounting for approximately 15.98% of the total capital of the company on the date of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. This incentive plan intends to grant 44 million stocks in one go, accounting for approximately 100% of the total number of restricted stocks to be granted under the incentive plan, without any reserved share grant arrangement. The grant price for the restricted stocks is 3.5 yuan per share.

The term of this incentive plan is from the date of the grant of restricted stocks to the date when the restrictive stocks granted to the incentive recipients are released from restriction or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of 60 months.
