According to the announcement released by Wisdom Wealth Investment (00007) on September 13, 2024 (Friday) at 4:00 pm (Hong Kong time), the offeror has received a total of 16 valid acceptances for a total of 68.9832 million shares (acceptance shares) under the acquisition offer, equivalent to approximately 2.056% of the total issued shares as of the publication date.

Apart from the acceptance shares, the offeror and its concert parties have not held, controlled or instructed any shares or share rights prior to the commencement date of the offer period; acquired or agreed to acquire any shares or share rights during the offer period until the publication date (including such date); or borrowed or lent any securities of the target company during the offer period until the publication date (including such date).

As stated in the offer document, the partial acquisition offer can only become effective after receiving valid acceptances of at least 0.158 billion shares (acceptance shares) by 4:00 pm on the first closing date (and without withdrawal, if permitted). Since the acceptance conditions have not been fulfilled, the partial acquisition offer did not become unconditional and therefore expired on September 13, 2024 (Friday).
