Zhitong Finance APP reported that Shenwan Hongyuan (06806) announced that its subsidiary Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. completed the issuance of short-term corporate bonds (first tranche) for professional investors on September 6, 2024. The total issuance size for this period is RMB 5.6 billion yuan, with the first tranche amounting to RMB 1.8 billion yuan with a term of 284 days and a coupon rate of 1.98%; and the second tranche amounting to RMB 3.8 billion yuan with a term of 313 days and a coupon rate of 1.99%.

After being reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, these bonds will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange starting from September 12, 2024. The trading is aimed at institutional investors among professional investors. The first type of bond is abbreviated as '24 ShenZheng D1', with the bond code being '148902'; the second type is abbreviated as '24 ShenZheng D2', with the bond code being '148903'.
