(hereinafter referred to as "Japan Yiqiao"), plans to sign two "Real Estate Purchase Contracts" with MJY Partner Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "MJY Company") to purchase real estate located at 1-chome, Nishishinjuku, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, with a total transaction price of 3.985 billion yen (calculated at 100 yen to 4.9854 yuan based on the exchange rate of the Chinese Foreign Exchange Trading Center announced by the People's Bank of China on September 9, 2024, equivalent to 198.6682 million yuan). The funds for the purchase of the real estate are from its own and/or self-raised funds.
