On September 13, Jiangsu Amer New Material (002201.SZ) announced that it has received a notice from its largest shareholder, Jiangsu Jiuding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiuding Group"), and its concerted action person, Gu Qingbo, regarding the implementation period of the plan to increase its shareholding of the company. As of the date of this announcement, more than half of the implementation period of this shareholding plan has passed. Jiuding Group and its concerted action person, Gu Qingbo, have cumulatively increased their shareholding of the company by 7,493,500 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system, accounting for 1.15% of the total share capital of the company. At the same time, on August 21, 2024, Jiuding Group successfully bid for 25,210,100 shares of the company held by Shenzhen Yiwei New Materials Co., Ltd. through the Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform. Although the company has received an execution ruling from the Intermediate People's Court in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the transfer has not been completed.
