Despite an increase in the group's income of around 28 million Hong Kong dollars to approximately 0.127 billion Hong Kong dollars in the 2024 financial year, the loss in the 2024 financial year increased by about 42 million Hong Kong dollars compared to the fiscal year 2023, mainly due to an increase of about 23 million Hong Kong dollars in impairment allowances and write-offs for receivables and interest compared to fiscal year 2023; and compared to fiscal year 2023, the fair value loss of the group's investment properties increased by about 22 million Hong Kong dollars.
