Linkage Software Co., Ltd. (688588.SH) announced on September 13th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, E-Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Nihon Ituqiao', 'Buyer', 'Buyer') intends to sign two 'Real Estate Sales Contracts' with MJY Partner Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'MJY Company', 'Seller', 'Seller'), to purchase real estate located at 1-chome, Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The total transaction amount is 3.985 billion yen (calculated at an exchange rate of 100 yen to 4.9854 RMB published by the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center authorized by the People's Bank of China on September 9, 2024, equivalent to 198.6682 million RMB), intended to be used for future self-built office space. The funds for this real estate purchase are from its own and/or self-raised funds.

On September 13, 2024, Nihon Ituqiao signed two 'Real Estate Sales Contracts' with MJY Company to carry out this transaction.
