This issue of bonds is intended for public offering to professional institutional investors and is planned to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The first type of bond in this issue is abbreviated as 24CNBMK7 with the bond code 241651.SH, and the second type of bond is abbreviated as 24CNBMK8 with the bond code 241652.SH.

The issuer's maximum issuance size for this issue of bonds is not more than 1 billion yuan (including 1 billion yuan). Each with a face value of 100 yuan, issued at a price of 100 yuan per share. The issuer and the lead underwriter will determine the actual issuance scale based on the subscription situation.

This issue of bonds is divided into two types, with the first type having a maturity of 2 years, and the second type having a maturity of 5 years. This issue of bonds introduces an inter-type put option, with no limit on the putback ratio. The issuer and the bookkeeping manager, based on the subscription situation for this issue of bonds, will reach a unanimous agreement on whether to exercise the inter-type put option within the total issuance scale.

The face interest rate bookkeeping range for the first type of bonds in this issue is 1.60%-2.60% (including upper and lower limits), and for the second type it is 1.70%-2.70% (including upper and lower limits). The final face interest rate will be determined by the issuer and the lead underwriter through bookkeeping in accordance with relevant national regulations.
