On September 13th, Greattown (600094.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Fujian Greattown Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Greattown Digital," party B of the transaction), has signed an "Advanced Computing Technology Service Project Contract" with Fujian Shuchanming Business Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Intelligent Calculation Company," party A of the transaction). Greattown Digital, based on the development needs of its computing power service business, has purchased advanced computing technology services from Intelligent Calculation Company to carry out related operational work. The specific services covered by this contract include but are not limited to computing power and storage services, equipment debugging and testing, account activation and operation of computing clusters. The total service fee for this contract is 0.759 billion yuan, with a service period of 85 months. Both parties will make monthly payments according to the contract.

Intelligent Calculation Company has invested in and built the Intelligent Calculation Center project in Changle, Fuzhou. The construction work of the first phase of the Intelligent Calculation Center has been completed to a high standard. The first phase of the Intelligent Calculation Center is equipped with Nvidia H800 servers, providing approximately 2000P of computing power through Nvlink interconnect technology. Greattown Digital is the service provider for the business expansion, professional operation, and management of the Intelligent Calculation Center. This transaction marks the realization and operation of the company's initial investment in the Intelligent Calculation Center project. No revenue has been generated from this business during this reporting period.
