The bonds of this issue were bookbuilt on September 11th, 2024 and fully issued on September 13th, 2024, with a total issuance size of RMB 1.5 billion and a term of 3 years. The bonds have a fixed interest rate of 2.05%. The funds raised from this issue of bonds will be used to meet the needs of asset-liability allocation, enhance funding sources, optimize the maturity structure of liabilities, and all be used for green projects specified in the "Green Bond Support Project Catalog (2021 Edition)" in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the approval of regulatory authorities.
