Zheng Jianwei, Mr. Zheng, has resigned as an executive director of bwi int'l (02339), effective from September 13, 2024; from the same date, Mr. Zheng will no longer serve as a member of the company's executive committee. Mr. Zheng resigned from his position as an executive director of the company in order to devote more time to his personal other business interests.
