Fujifilm Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and CEO: Teiji Goto) is pleased to announce that the mirrorless digital camera "FUJIFILM GFX100 II" (hereinafter referred to as "GFX100 II") has received the "Bronze Award", a top prize, at the "IDEA (International Design Excellence Award) 2024" hosted by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). The awarded "GFX100 II" is a combination of the vertical grip battery holder "VG-GFX100 II".
In addition, the mirrorless digital camera "FUJIFILM X-S20" and the interchangeable lenses "Fujinon Lens GF30mmF5.6 T/S" and "Fujinon Lens GF110mmF5.6 T/S Macro" for the "GFX series" have been selected as finalists*1.
"IDEA" is an international design award established by IDSA in 1980. It is regarded as one of the world's top three design awards alongside Germany's "iF Design Award" and "Red Dot Design Award". It is a prestigious award that is rigorously evaluated based on criteria such as design innovation, user benefits, and impact on society. The top awards, "Gold Award", "Silver Award", and "Bronze Award", are selected. This is the 8th time our products have been selected for the top awards of "IDEA".
