According to the announcement by TL NATURAL GAS (08536) on September 12, 2024, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Hesheng International Industry Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Baiyun Investment Development Co., Ltd., and, as a result, the Group should establish a comprehensive strategic partnership with Baiyun Investment.

The contracting parties will leverage the industrial advantages of Baiyun District to focus on international industrial investment. By utilizing the resources of overseas Chinese and foreigners, the contracting parties aim to create an international platform for industrial exchange, thereby expanding global investment channels; and the contracting parties plan to jointly invest in the development of integrated energy service stations that supply multiple energy sources such as fuel, natural gas, hydrogen, and charging.

The Group is primarily engaged in the sales and transportation services of compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas in China. The board of directors believes that entering into a strategic cooperation agreement will promote the expansion of the Group's business scope, enhance the Group's ability to withstand operational risks, and align with the Group's future development direction.
