Leading Hldgs (06999.HK) announced that it will sell all its 50% stake in Mainland real estate joint venture - Shenzhen Prosperity Power to an independent third party at a price of 0.205 billion RMB, to offset the company's equivalent debt owed to Shenzhen Prosperity Power. Based on the original investment cost, the adjusted investment value under the equity method, and dividend calculation, an expected sales revenue of approximately 46 million RMB is anticipated.
