CCK Consolidated Holdings announced the sale of a 40% stake in its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Adilmart, to Creador

In 2010, CCK ventured into the frozen consumer foods industry through its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Adilmart. Focused on frozen food production, PT Adilmart has become a major player in Indonesia, supplying a range of frozen products including sausages, nuggets, burgers, and bakso under the brands Jofrans, Chop Chop, and Hoho. With manufacturing facilities in Cikupa and Pontianak, PT Adilmart has established a strong presence in Kalimantan and Central Java, with plans to further increase production capacity to meet growing demand.
John Tiong Managing Director said "We are excited to partner with Creador, whose proven track record in the consumer sector aligns with our vision for PT Adilmart's future growth. With Creador's expertise and our established brand presence supported by a strong local distribution network, we believe this partnership will enhance our capacity to meet the growing demand for frozen consumer foods in Indonesia. The upcoming commissioning of our third production facility will further support our growth strategy and give us a springboard as we expand PT Adilmart's footprint and distribution coverage to other key markets in Indonesia."
"This partnership marks a significant milestone for CCK as it seeks to deepen its presence in Indonesia's rapidly growing consumer foods market. The investment from Creador will enable PT Adilmart to accelerate its expansion plans, broadening its product offerings and enhancing its ability to serve customers with an even wider range of high-quality frozen food products."
"Over the longer term, this strategic move, along with the successful execution of these growth initiatives, will not only increase production capacity and profitability but also enhance the brand equity of PT Adilmart's consumer brands, ultimately creating significant value for CCK's shareholders."
