花旗发布研究报告称，重申时代电气（03898）“买入”评级，目标价43.2港元。该行表示，预期时代电气ROE将在2024及2025年逐步恢复至11%及12.2%，接近2019年的水平。
时代电气管理层指出其公司具有不少正面因素，当中包括今年上半年其功率半导体业务纯利为7.08亿元人民币，其中1亿至1.5亿元人民币是政府补贴贡献，故该行认为今年第二季业绩后其股价出现约20%的股价调整是没有根据的。
