On September 11th, the Henan Provincial Department of Commerce, the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and 8 other departments jointly issued the Implementation Rules for Subsidies for Automobile Replacement and Renewal in Henan Province. Individual consumers who sell and transfer old passenger vehicles within the specified time frame can enjoy subsidies for replacing and renewing their vehicles. For new energy passenger vehicles with a purchase price ranging from 0.06 million yuan (including the invoice price) to 0.1 million yuan (excluding), the subsidy is 0.01 million yuan, and for fuel-powered passenger vehicles, the subsidy is 7,000 yuan. For new energy passenger vehicles with a purchase price ranging from 0.1 million yuan to 0.2 million yuan, the subsidy is 0.014 million yuan for new energy vehicles and 0.01 million yuan for fuel-powered vehicles.
