Shanghai Dazhong Public Utilities (01635.HK) announced that its subsidiary, Shanghai Dazhong Supply Chain, Shanghai Dazhong Logistics and the company's major shareholder, Shanghai Dazhong Management, have formed a joint venture to engage in new energy businesses such as sales of charging for motor vehicles, operation of charging and changing facilities for new energy automobiles, and technical services for solar power generation. The registered capital of the joint venture is 20 million RMB, with Shanghai Dazhong Supply Chain, Shanghai Dazhong Logistics, and Shanghai Dazhong Management holding 50%, 30%, and 20% respectively.
