Hang-pin Life Technology (01682.HK) announced that Yao Yang International issued shares and made a voluntary conditional all-cash offer for the acquisition of all Hang-pin Life Technology shares. Yesterday (10th), the underwriters received an offer of approximately 0.323 billion shares, representing approximately 41.07% of the total shareholding of the Company. and received an effective acceptance of approximately 5.192 million shares, representing approximately 25% of the share rights. The agreement became unconditional in all respects yesterday.

The offer will remain available until 4 pm on September 24.
