Gelonghui, September 10 | Health Yuan (600380.SH) announced that in order to improve the efficiency of capital use and further optimize the company's assets, Health China, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, plans to transfer the right to use state-owned construction land and ground buildings with a parcel area of 94,538 square meters, located on the south side of Hubin Road and on the east side of Binhe Road, Jinwan District, Jinwan District, Zhuhai. The transfer consideration is RMB 79.52 million (tax included). The subject of this transaction involved the company's 2018 allotment and fund-raising project, the construction project of the Zhuhai Grand Health Industrial Base.

This transaction is conducive to revitalizing the company's existing assets, reducing the balance ratio, and continuously optimizing assets. The Zhuhai Health Industrial Base construction project involved in this transaction used a total of 33.8629 million yuan of capital raised in 2018 allotments. The company plans to return 33.8629 million yuan of the transaction price to a special fund-raising account for new product development projects. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant regulations.
