The company's board of directors announced that on September 10, 2024, Weiyang (Liquor) (as a borrower) and the company (as a guarantor) will accept the updated bank financing letter issued by the lender to update the financing letter.

The updated financing letter includes (i) financing up to HK$98 million in total, and (ii) an overdraft financing of up to HK$3 million. Financing of up to HK$98 million includes (i) financing of purchase notes, letters of credit and trust receipt loans; (ii) an existing term loan; and (iii) other trade and loan financing. The financing in the updated financing letter may be used by Weiyang (Liquor) with the approval of the lender in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the financing letter, subject to (among others) review by the lender from time to time and subject to the lender's overriding right to repay as required.
