According to the Zhitong Finance App, Zhongkang Holdings (02361) issued an announcement that Wan Chuan has resigned as the company's joint company secretary with effect from September 10, 2024.

After Mr. Yu Wan's resignation, Zhang Xiao, another joint company secretary of the company, complied with the company secretary requirements under section 3.28 of the Stock Exchange's securities listing rules. He will remain in office and serve as the company's sole company secretary.
