GLONGHUI, September 10 | HPE Technology, a server manufacturer spun off from HP, announced the issuance of 1.35 billion US dollars of compulsory convertible preferred shares to pay for the acquisition of network equipment company Juniper Networks. Hewlett-Packard shares fell more than 6% in post-market trading. According to HPE Technology, preferred shares will be forcibly converted to common shares on September 1, 2027, unless the relevant shares have been converted or repurchased. Citibank, J.P. Morgan and Mizuho will act as joint bookkeepers.
