After leaving office, Li Wei-Jian no longer serves as an authorized representative of the company, a member of the Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors.

In addition, Pan Shenghai will be appointed as an Executive Director from tomorrow (10) by the Non-Executive Director and will be appointed Chief Executive Officer pending the issuance of his work permit visa by the Hong Kong Immigration Department. (js/w)
