According to the Zhitong Finance APP report, Kam Hing Int'l Holdings (02307) announced that on September 9, 2024 (after trading hours on the stock exchange), the lessor (as the landlord) and the lessee (the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) (as the tenant) entered into a lease agreement for the properties, with a term of 10 years starting from the date the properties are delivered to the lessee (expected in November 2024). The properties will be used by the lessee as its fabric knitting factory in Vietnam.

It is reported that CÔNG TY TNHH DÊT MAY THÊ HÒA (Shihe Textile Co., Ltd.) serves as the lessor, and the properties are located at KCN Nhon Trach 6, Xã Long Thọ, Huyện Nhơn Trạch, Tỉnh Đồng, including two production units, each about 5,524.2 square meters (which includes one existing production workshop on one floor, a production workshop to be constructed by the lessor before delivering the properties to the lessee, and office areas on each floor), along with approximately 1,247.4 square meters of land area located outside the factory building.
