Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Hisayuki Degiba, hereinafter “the Company”) has decided on a policy to implement changes to the SBU governance system around 2025/4/1.

From the 2026/3 fiscal year, in order to accelerate the promotion of “Simplify Simplify,” which is our business strategy, we will operate the human resources areas of HR Technology SBU and Matching & Solution SBU as an integrated HR Technology SBU.

Along with this change in the governance system, the human resources area of Matching & Solution SBU will be transferred to the two newly established companies around 2025/4/1, and operations will begin as part of the HR Technology SBU.

In Japan, which is the second largest market after the United States in the global human resource matching market, the development of Indeed PLUS (Indeed Plus), a job distribution platform that realizes effective matching of diverse job seekers with diverse jobs, began in January this year, and cooperation in the human resources area between HR Technology SBU and Matching & Solution SBU has already been promoted.

Through such efforts, we will continue to aim to realize our basic philosophy of “meeting expectations from society and aiming to realize a rich world where each person shines through the creation of new value” on a global scale.

Furthermore, Matching & Solutions SBU will further focus on sales promotion areas, including business support SaaS, and will work to promote “Help Businesses Work Smarter,” which is a business strategy.
