jd.com logistics (02618.HK) announced the signing of two framework agreements with dada nexus (DADA.US), namely the freight service framework agreement and the operational support service framework agreement. The signing dates of these two agreements are both September 6, 2024, and they are valid until December 31, 2026.
According to the freight service framework agreement, dada nexus will provide local real-time freight services for jd.com logistics. The annual service fee caps stipulated in the agreement are 0.569 billion yuan in 2024, 0.652 billion yuan in 2025, and 0.78 billion yuan in 2026. As for the operational support service framework agreement, dada nexus will provide operational support services, and the annual service fee caps are 0.093 billion yuan in 2024, 0.126 billion yuan in 2025, and 0.175 billion yuan in 2026.
