According to the announcement made by BeiGene (06160), the new subscription period for the 2018 employee stock purchase plan will start from September 3, 2024 and end on February 28, 2025. Eligible employees will purchase shares (including in the form of American Depositary Shares) with the funds deducted from their salary during the subscription period.

The 2018 employee stock purchase plan allows eligible employees to purchase shares (including in the form of American Depositary Shares) at a 15% discount to the market price. Employees can purchase shares after the subscription period and the funds can be deducted from their salary during the subscription period. The 2018 employee stock purchase plan is managed by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

As of the end of the application period, a total of 3,605 eligible employees have participated in the 2018 employee stock purchase plan. Participating employees can withdraw from the plan at any time during the subscription period. As of September 3, 2024, approximately 5.9897 million shares can be awarded under the 2018 employee stock purchase plan.
