On September 6th, 2019, Agricultural Bank of China issued the Announcement on the Completion of the issuance of perpetual capital bonds (second tranche). According to the provisions of the issuance prospectus of this bond, the issuer has the right to redeem the bond in full on the interest payment date of the fifth year of this bond (i.e., September 5th, 2024). As of the date of this announcement, the Bank has exercised the redemption right and fully redeemed this bond.
