金吾财讯 | 据报道引述知情人士透露，字节跳动正为旗下汽车信息和交易平台“懂车帝”筹集至多6亿美元资金。
知情人士称，泛大西洋投资、红杉中国、KKR & Co.和高榕创投是这一轮融资的联合投资者；懂车帝的估值接近30亿美元。字节跳动在不到一年前启动了分拆懂车帝的计划。
今年1月消息称字节跳动将拆分旗下懂车帝成为独立公司，今年6月传字节跳动拟为懂车帝筹集7亿至8亿美元，为该部分业务的IPO做准备。
